The Product - Live
Likvido, A web-based SaaS all-in-one platform designed to help businesses manage invoices, track sales, and oversee inventory—saving time and reducing hassle.
Users were frustrated by time-consuming tasks on key pages—like Add Invoice, Products, and Contracts—due to distracting colors and a cluttered layout, making simple tasks harder to complete and driving users away.
The Problem
I was hired by Likvido’s product manager to identify the reasons behind user frustrations & problems in the dashboard UI.
MY Task
🟢Simplify UI layout across Add Invoice, Products, and Contracts pages to reduce visual clutter.
🟢Improve color hierarchy to guide user focus and eliminate distractions during key actions.
🟢Reduce time spent on adding products and managing segments by optimizing flow and interactions.
🟢Make booking fast and hassle-free. Boost opportunities for emerging artists.
🟢Increase task completion rate by making core actions faster and more intuitive.
Solution & Final Design
[01] - Section Wise Task , Layout
After researching user flows of other successful companies, I found that many used a similar task breakdown layout. Keeping this best practice in mind, I adopted it to improve clarity and usability.
